"This is the bush tucker that I grew up eating as a kid in the Fitzroy Valley region. There are; marnuwiji (bush berry), yupina (bush orange), kumpapaja (bush tomato), markaparla (bush banana), jarta (bush onion) and karnti (bush potato) which is my very favourite. I still teach my kids to look for these mangarri (bush tucker), our family still look for bush food and bush medicine to keep us strong and healthy".
