Evgeni Kazmin, born 1936, studied at Rostov-on-Dov Art College 1953-55; and Leningrad Higher Arts and Crafts College, 1955-62. He began exhibiting in 1967. He was active in Sochi, Krasnodor until 1976, when he moved to Leningrad
