Samuel Melton Fisher is an English artist born in London. He studied at the Royal Academy Schools from 1876, where he was awarded the Royal Academy Schools Gold Medal and Travelling Studentship in 1881. He was elected ARA in 1917 and RA in 1924, before becoming Senior RA in 1935.
