Well known landscape painter. Studied and then taught at the Repin Academy, St Petersburg. Member of the St. Petersburg Union of Artists. Has traveled the length and breadth of old Soviet Union. Spent a lot of time in the Arctic and on Kamkatchka with the local tribal Inuit/Eskimo tribes.
