Boris Zaozerski

1934 - 2002

1959-1965 studied at Repin’s Institute under B.S. Ugarov, V.M. Oreshnikov. 1969-1971 worked in the studio of the USSR Academy of Arts in Leningrad under Oreshnikov. Began exhibiting in 1965. Taught at Leningrad Art College (1965-1966), Leningrad Higher Arts and Crafts College (1966-1969), Leningrad Secondary Art School (since 1969).
Represented in many regional museums.

A talented and successful artist, in great demand in the Auction Houses of France and Europe, for his still-life paintings in country settings.
