Petr Smukrovich 1928-1998
Born St Petersburg. In 1939, aged 11 yrs, he entered the art school attached to the Repin Institute. 1947 he was accepted into the Repin Institute where he studied under Professor Boris Ioganson, the best known artist in Russia at that time.
